The budget of the EU for the 2007-2013 financial framework will be 862.4 billion. Bulgaria will receive over 11.1 billion of funding from the EU budget. The sum is higher than previous estimates with 144 million. The funds will be used mainly for the objectives of the common agriculture policy (CAP) and the cohesion policy.
