Official Start for Two Phare Twinning Projects

One of the projects is for preparing the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry for the application of the “Development of rural areas” policy. The term is two years and the indicative financing is 963 970 Euros.

The other project is for the strengthening of the control system in the winegrowing and production sector in accordance with the EU requirements. The value of the project is 535 942 Euros and it will be accomplished for a year. The main components are the further development of a Bulgarian system for quality wines, instructions for the rights and obligations of the Executive Agency for Vines and Wine, as well as for a methodology for in situ control of vineyards.
