Bulgaria to Receive Over EUR 67 million under the Sapard Programme

Bulgaria will receive a grant of EUR 67 560 000 by the European Union for 2004 under the Sapard Programme, according to the draft Annual Financial Agreement for 2004 between Bulgaria and the European Commission, adopted by the government. The Council of Ministers delegated the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry to conduct the negotiations and sign the agreement. The commitment is valid until 31 December 2006.
